The Senior Wisdom And the Mobile Information Hub (SWAMIH) is a project that aims to reduce social isolation in seniors living in ethnic communities.

With the years of experience that they have, we hope that the wisdom of seniors can be shared with younger generations and help to create closer bonds in the community. There is also the Mobile Information Hub which has information about support services so that seniors can also be empowered to continue to live independently with a positive quality of life.

The project has kindly been supported by the RACV Community Foundation, and with their help we have been able to facilitate local community activities.

If you or your community group are interested in organising an activity that shares the same goals of this project, please email our project officers:

Please stay tuned for any new activities that may be happening in your neighbourhood!
